Abdominal Cruncher Sit-Up Aid

This sit-up aid is made from iron-plated metal and elastic foam. It measures 27 by 18-23 by 12 centimeters and adjusts to four positions. Use it for abdominal exercises at home or in the gym. It is available in blue or pink, with or without a rope.

Choose style A for the aid alone or style B to include a rope. The four-speed adjustment lets you change the angle for sit-ups and crunches. The foam padding supports your back and neck during floor work. It packs flat for storage between sessions.
