Sit Up Assist

The Sit Up Assist is a floor-mounted sit-up aid with an iron chassis. A thickened rubber suction cup gives the base a larger force area, so it holds steady on a flat surface while you train. Set it where you want it and move it when you need to.

It works for sit-ups, crunches and core work at home or in the gym. One-touch use and one-touch storage keep setup and pack-away simple. The unit is available in seven colors.

• Iron chassis
• Thickened rubber suction cup
• One-touch setup and storage
• Available colors: White, Pink, Green, Red, Black, Purple, Blue
