Yoga Support Blanket

This yoga blanket is made of double velvet and measures 2 by 1.5 meters. It is used for assisted headstand support and other yoga poses at home or in the gym. The blanket folds and packs into a single OPP bag for storage or travel.

It comes in grey and in two thickness options, Thin and Thicken, so you can choose the amount of padding for your practice. Use it under the head, shoulders or knees during floor work, or roll it for support in seated and balancing poses.
