Yoga Brick

This yoga brick is made of hardened medium-density EVC foam. It measures 23 cm by 15 cm by 7.6 cm and supports yoga auxiliary practice at home or in the gym. Use it under your hands or feet in poses where the floor feels out of reach, or place it between your thighs to help you hold alignment.

It comes in a black mandala design, available as a single brick or as a set of two. The block is firm enough to sit on or press into during balance work. Store it on a shelf or in a mat bag when not in use.
