Wooden Gymnastic Rings

These wooden gymnastic rings are made from birch with a high-strength polyester sling. The birch rings have an outer diameter of 235 mm, an inner diameter of 180 mm, and a thickness of 28 mm. The sling is 4.5 meters long and 2.5 cm wide, with a metal buckle at the top to fix the hanging ring, allowing it to be freely stretched.

Use them for pull-ups, dips, and other bodyweight exercises at home or in the gym. The set includes the rings, strap, PE bag, and carton. The birch wood is pressed with phenolic resin E0-E1 grade waterproof adhesive, and the rings are formed at one time. The 28 mm thickness is the international standard.
