Polyester Battle Rope

This battle rope is made of polyester and is used for undulation, pulling, or climbing exercises at home or outdoors. It works the hands, arms, shoulders, back, core, and legs. It can be used alone or as part of a team.

It comes in several thicknesses and lengths, from 25 mm to 50 mm wide and 2.8 m to 12 m long. Some sizes include a sheath. Wear gloves during use to avoid palm blisters or calluses.
