Nylon Handle Resistance Belt

This resistance belt is made from nylon ribbon with a PVC handle and a D-ring. It measures 400 mm by 350 mm by 7 mm and weighs 0.2 kg, so it stores flat between sessions at home or in the gym.

The double grip handle is 140 mm long with a 35 mm diameter, and the belt carries a load range of up to 200 kg. Use it for pulling and pressing movements where you anchor the D-ring and hold the handle.
