Four-Wheel Abdominal Wheel

This abdominal wheel is built for core training at home or in the gym. It uses a four-wheel design with automatic rebound, and the set includes a hassock. Rollouts, knee rollouts and similar core exercises are the intended use.

It comes in several versions: black four-wheel with six elbows, classic black two-wheel dual-axis, and starry blue four-wheel with six elbows. Some versions include app counting, and some add a timer. Each set packs as one metal abdominal wheel with the hassock.
