Forearm Wrist Roller Trainer

This forearm and wrist roller is built around a steel bar with EVA foam hand grips and a nylon cord. The cord runs from the hand bar to a weight plate holder, so you load it with your own plates. Use it for wrist curls, forearm rolls and grip work at home or in the gym.

It suits all fitness and skill levels. The EVA foam handles give a no-slip grip, and the silent pulley keeps the pull smooth. The bar is 37 cm long with a 2.5 cm tube diameter, and the nylon rope is 6 mm thick and 2.4 m long.
