Fitness Stretching Hip Band

This stretching hip band is made of polyester cotton and is available in four resistance levels: red (15-30 pounds), black (25-45 pounds), purple (35-65 pounds), and green (45-90 pounds). It is also offered as a four-piece set containing all four colors. The band is designed for running and fitness equipment use.

Use this band for stretching and hip training exercises at home or in the gym. The different resistance levels let you adjust the intensity by choosing the appropriate band. Each band comes as a single piece, and the set includes all four bands.
