Adjustable Wrist Forearm Trainer

This wrist and forearm trainer is made with a manganese steel spring, foam grips, and nylon fiber webbing. It is used for front palm, forearm flexor, and forearm muscle exercises in home or gym workouts. The pull handle adjusts to different hand and arm sizes by sliding the high-density webbing.

The foam handshake and pull belt are thickened for comfort and to protect the wrist. The spring steel provides high elasticity and flexibility. The ABS plastic seals are resistant to pressure. The trainer weighs 440 grams and is lightweight and easy to carry.
