Adjustable Waist Resistance Band

This resistance band is a waist belt with double natural latex tubes. Colored coatings mark different resistance levels, from yellow 15lb to black 35lb. The foot straps are nylon with Velcro and a neoprene pad, so you can train barefoot or in sneakers.

Use it for lower-body work at home or in the gym. There are no height or weight restrictions; if you are comfortable enough to practice, you should be able to use it. It packs into the included cloth bag.
